EQUIP is built on relationships, not roles. We invite men who care deeply about the church, the next generation, and the formation of healthy disciple-makers to come alongside the work God is already doing.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You do need a willingness to walk with others, show up consistently, and grow alongside the men you serve.

How Men Serve with EQUIP

Volunteers serve in ways that fit their season of life, gifts, and calling. Common areas include:

  • Relational Presence
    Walking with men in HUB gatherings and CREWs by listening, encouraging, and modeling faithfulness.

  • CREW lead
    Hosting a CREW of 6 to 8 guys through facilitation, authenticity and follow-up.

  • HUB Environment
    Helping create welcoming, culturally connected spaces where men feel safe to show up and belong.

  • Behind-the-Scenes Support
    Administrative help, communication, logistics, and practical support that make relational ministry possible.

Who This Is For

This invitation may be a fit if you:

  • Care about men who feel disconnected or hesitant toward church

  • Value relational discipleship over programs

  • Are open to being formed as you serve others
